As this issue of the Oasis Growers Solutions News goes out to you, our team is gearing up for North America’s premier horticultural trade show: AmericanHort Cultivate’26, held July 11-14, in Columbus, Ohio, USA.
This year marks 97 years since a few Ohio State graduates planted the seed for an annual get-together focused on sharing knowledge and actionable insights about innovations and new technologies in the growing industries.
Now known as Cultivate, that get-together expects 660+ exhibitors and over 10,000 attendees from all 50 states and over 30 countries this year. Our Oasis Grower Solutions team will be in the midst of the action with our latest innovations, ready to share insights and expertise to help breeders, propagators, growers and researchers thrive.

It’s true that we look forward to Cultivate all year long. But our affinity for this annual event isn’t just because it takes place here in our home state of Ohio — or because of our close ties to Ohio State University research. Our own foundational purpose of innovation, education and advancing horticulture align closely with this show.
There’s no other horticultural event that brings together so many facets of the North American growing industry — and so many of the friends, peers, colleagues and customers we look forward to seeing here every year.
Since the days when it was called the Ohio Short Course, this annual event has brought the floral, greenhouse, nursery, landscape and garden center industries together as one. As Cultivate has grown, our portfolio of real-world, grower-driven OASIS® innovations and our Oasis Grower Solutions team have grown along with it .
This year, like every year, we’re excited to be there. Our team at the show includes our Director of Global Grower Operations and Research, Dr. Vijay Rapaka, along with our Product Applications Specialist, Sarah Miller.
They’ll be joined by Brenton Williams, our Technical Customer Service and Sales Specialist, and Paul Gaydos, our Territory Sales Manager for the U.S. Southeast and Southern states.
We’re also very pleased to have Woody Lilly, the newest member of our team and our Territory Sales Manager for the Midwest & Mountain states and Eastern Canada, there too.
See (and Feel) OASIS® Substrates in Person
One of our favorite aspects of exhibiting at Cultivate is talking with growers from across horticulture. As most of you know, we live to solve growers’ problems. So bring your propagation or production challenges with you! When you talk, we listen — and we respond.
